The mission of The Early Ford V-8 Museum is to honor Henry Ford and Ford Motor Company products - past, present, and future. The museum will be an educational and research model for all to enjoy. THE MUSEUM WILL: * Promote the restoration, preservation, and conservation of Ford Motor Company Vehicles 1903-Present. * Be a repository of, and preserve, printed technical materials and historical information on the Ford Motor Company. * Enhance the knowledge of the general public regarding the design, development, construction, and history of the Ford Motor Company vehicles and their impact on America's automotive history. * Provide information to the general public, collectors and automobile historians about the Ford Motor Company. * Provide a facility to house and display Ford Motor Company vehicles, as well as others, for public exhibition, and for research in the areas of the automotive sciences and automobile mechanics. * Provide historical literature and memorabilia on Ford Motor Company vehicles and others, from their development to the present day, for the general public and collectors. |
